In a nutshell...I’m outgoing, not a follower, principled, and can fall on my sword and admit I’m wrong. My interests are best summed up by the saying...jack of all trades master of none. In other words, a little bit of everything. I'm traditional, and a free thinker. As such, I'll echo something that I read on another's profile: if you got the jab, we won’t be a match.
I became a born-again believer when I was 20 years old, and spent the next ten years in an evangelical ministry and was trained to serve in leadership. When I left that ministry I was shipwrecked (1Tim 1:19) for a "long" time. Eventually, the Lord used the experience to bring me into a close personal relationship with Him...much closer than I had in my first ten years (Luke 7:47). Today, I'm simply a seeker (Heb 11:6) of Him.
I've worked for the last 20+ years as a high school counselor, and raised my son as a single parent.
