I always find it awkward to sit down and write a paragraph or more about myself so here we go!
I am a single mom with three amazing kids. I was born and raised in Oregon and have lived here most of my life except for about eight years when I was married. However in that stent that I was gone I lived in the Midwest and fell in love with the St. Louis Blues hockey team. I have instilled that level of hockey and my son and since coming back to the north west we quite often take in Winter Hawks games as our date night.
I’m a huge Seahawks fan and you can often find me on a Sunday sitting at home on the couch cheering on my team. My son is usually at my side cheering on whoever we’re playing against. My girls usually could care less about whatever game is on. During the summer you can usually find me outside playing catch with my son or dancing in the yard singing with my girls.
I’ve been a nurse for 14 years and I’ve worked in nearly every aspect of nursing. I’m currently a hospice nurse which is giving me the freedom to be home early and some days be home to pick up my kids from school.
Our house seems to be the hub of the neighborhood kids especially on evenings or mornings where we make pancakes and waffles. Our family motto is love, kindness,and respect there’s usually music playing in the background at our house and somebody is almost always singing.
I must really be insane because the kids have talked me in to owning 4 yes 4 black cats and a hamster and 1 fish are still living.
