Hi! I am a teacher, traveler, runner, and musician. I do love the Lord, and want to honor him in every part of my little "world" ( whether it's spiritual, emotional, physical, mental, etc.).What am I looking for? I'm looking for someone who is excited and motivated to reach out to others, someone who challenges me, and is interested in various cultures. Also, someone who would be willing to share this beautiful journey of life together and grow with me. These last couple of summers, I've lived outside of the U.S., and I've enjoyed the opportunity to adapt, and grow within new settings that challenge me! I enjoy spending time with people who are their own unique person, yet have the ability to reach into another's world. Traveling is one of my favorite thing today do. It changes my perspectives and makes me grow like crazy. Investing in the lives of others, teaching English, , exercising, and playing the piano and violin are some of my pastimes.
To me, being a Christian means:
To me being a Christian is loving God and others with all your heart. Reaching people where you are planted, and realizing that Christ came to redeem our brokenness.
My favorite Bible passage and why:
Hebrews 12:2 is my favorite passage, because it teaches me to keep my eyes and focus on Christ. A follower up would be Romans 6,7, & 8, because it speaks of the victory of the Christian's life through God's Spirit.
